Entire island -South Point Island

Private 1 acre island with small rustic, but well-appointed cottage and boat house. Can only be accessed by boat. (See notes on boathouse dimensions to be assured your boat will fit). Island is attached to much larger island by a foot bridge - It's the best of both worlds! (A small community with friendly neighbors, a post office, community building and chapel/ but also the privacy of your own island! ) Beautiful vista of St Lawrence River and US main land. Book now for August or September! The space The space is small, rustic but charming. Guest access small cozy cottage on a private island but with access (bridges, footpath) to Grenell. It's the best of both worlds! The boathouse is available for your use as well, but consider the size of your boat in terms of the dimensions = 9'5" wide x 26'+ in length. The height to the top of the entry door will vary with water levels. Our dock and boathouse are considered 'deep water' in relation to much of Grenell, so depth should not normally be an issue. Water levels should be consulted later in the Fall however, to be assured in terms of the draw of your specific boat.
