We offer 3 bedrooms with double beds on the first floor of our house. Ensuite bathroom available on the landing. The house is a 20-minute walk from the Loire and downtown Orleans (or 5 minutes by car). The tram is 10 minutes away - garden. Close to public transport to reach the University of Orleans, the CNRS, the BRGM or even the INRA. We have 2 "kittens" The space Guests can bring bicycles or motorcycles. The Loire and the city center are just a few pedals away. On sunny days, a large private garden awaits you. Access to the garden is unlimited... Breakfast is included for short stays, and you can consider preparing your meals in our rather spacious kitchen. To reach the Source for the University, CNRS, BRGM or INRA, there is the tram or a direct bus line. Working at the CNRS, you can sometimes enjoy my car ride.
