Situated in Lagonissi, a coastal Athenian suburb, Stefano’s Villa is quiet during the winter but bustling in the summertime. Only a few metres away from the beach of Galazia Akti and conveniently located just 15′ from the famous market of Glyfada, it is ideally designed for those who seek luxury, relaxation and tranquillity. Description The interior conveys calm and purity, combining white, grey and wooden surfaces accentuated by bright-coloured furnishing that give an elegant earthy tone and create an ambiance of contemporary comfort. All spaces are pleasantly decorated with avant-garde embellishments creating a delightful soothing-to-the-eye ambiance. All bedrooms have blinds that stop the light filtering through providing a great night’s sleep, and most bedrooms have access to a balcony with an astonishing view. The Villa’s elevated positioning provides breath-taking views from most parts of the house, particularly from the roof garden. Stefano’s Villa provides every modern comfort so that its guests can fully enjoy every moment of their getaway. On the outside, the residence features an infinity swimming pool, perfect for a soothing dive while gazing at the Saronic Gulf. Relaxing sunbeds are provided to make the utmost of that experience. The garden additionally features an external dining area, with a dining table, ideal for relaxation, a casual gathering or a special private dinner. Stefano’s Villa represents the ultimate combination of luxury, relaxation and recreation making it ideal for a memorable vacation. Ground Floor The ground floor has wide spaces and a separate entrance for those who want extra privacy. It features a small seating area with a 60” smart TV, a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, a small kitchen, a sauna, a laundry room, and two comfortable sofa beds. The private garage is also located on this floor. First Floor The first floor features a living room with a comfortable couch, a 60” Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats 8 people, and a fireplace for a romantic touch for those who want to visit us during winter. Second Floor The second floor features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. Both share spectacular views even from the bed area. Roof garden This part of the Villa features stunning panoramic vistas of the Saronic Gulf, Aegina Island and other islets sprinkled across the horizon, forming a spectacular setting for the most photogenic sunsets. Find your favourite cocooning spot on a lush lounge or a built-in bench with cushions, and share memorable moments with your loved ones.
