Welcome to your beautiful desert retreat in SW Las Vegas. This contemporary home features a spacious open floor plan. The private bedroom and bathroom are located on the first floor along with laundry room, living room, and kitchen. The Strip/Airport are conveniently located about 15-20 minutes away. A wide array of restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, and parks are minutes away in this charming neighborhood. The space The bedroom is on the first floor and has a TV, ceiling fan, dresser, and closet. The private bathroom is next to the bedroom. The kitchen, living, dining room, and laundry are all located on the first floor for your convenience. For those looking for a work-space, I can configure the room with a desk at your request. Guest access There is parking for one car in the driveway and one car in the street in front of the house. Please do NOT park in front of any of the neighbor's houses. During your stay This is a hosted stay, meaning I will be at the house during your stay. I'm happy to interact as much or as little as you want. I will come and go through the garage for work. I am always available by phone or text.
