The space The apartment was only newly built in 2017 and was not only modern, but also of high quality. Underfloor heating ensures special comfort on 84 square meters. The windows in the living room and sleeping areas can be darkened, so nothing stands in the way of undisturbed vacation nights here. From the living room you can enjoy a direct view of the harbour and the water. Comfortable upholstered furniture invites you to linger and enjoy. The (ethanol) fireplace provides special comfort. The large TV offers a variety of media entertainment options when needed. The couch can be transformed into another sleeping option for up to two guests (lying area 150x200cm). Wake up and enjoy the view of the water from the first moment! The large dining area and the modern, extensively equipped kitchen have also been integrated into the spacious living space. A ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster and more make sure you can cook elaborately even on vacation - if you want! Coffee lovers are of course also available for a (pad) coffee maker. Both bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have comfortable box spring beds. The double bedroom (lying area of the bed 180x200cm) offers you hotel-like amenities and is equipped with its own TV. The second bedroom has two single beds. A baby travel cot is also available. The bathroom is a wellness oasis in your own vacation home! In addition to a hot tub, there is also an infrared sauna here, so that even in bad weather, the holiday can become a real experience. A selection of books and games completes the apartment and also contributes to the entertainment. Guest access There is a key safe on site. Through this you will receive your key contactlessly. Other things to note Dogs are welcome (max. 3 dogs) . The cost is 8Euro/night per dog and will be charged separately. Please let us know when you book. Bed linen and towels are not included, but you can rent them at our cleaning service for a fee or bring your own. (€20 per person for bed linen and towels, The towel package consists of 1 shower towel and 1 small towel). Bed sheets/towels are provided by welding in foil and must be put on your own. Bedroom TV: These only have Netflix, not a normal TV program (they have that on the main TV in the living room) Check out condition: The unit is vacated no later than 10 a.m. and handed over to the on-site service in a sweetened state. The tenant must wash the dishes before departure and empty the garbage cans and garbage cans.
