Charming Stone House close to beach

Staying in our traditional stone cottage in this tiny village is the perfect escape from busy urban life! Enjoy the island's numerous unspoilt beaches, wild landscapes, popular windsurfing spots and local food and wine which is served everywhere. The space The house is a traditional stone cottage which has been renovated to make it very comfortable for guests. It is simply decorated, retaining original features such as the original stone fireplace and has basic amenities. The cottage has two light and airy rooms - a living/dining room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed and a bedroom with a small double bed (the mattress measures 140 cm across). There is a small modern bathroom which has hot water. The cottage is located within a large garden which is at the rear of the main house which overlooks the village square. You can sit on the village square and observe village life or enjoy the privacy of your own patio area in the garden which is surrounded by flowers. The cottage is equipped with a small electric oven, a fridge, kettle, cooking pans and plenty of cutlery (you can find cutlery in the drawer of the brown table); towels and bed sheets are also provided, (you have to bring your own beach towels). The cottage also has an air conditioning unit and the windows have adjustable mosquito nets. A barbecue and maps of the island as well as books about the island’s history are available. Parking spaces are provided. Upon arrival a welcome pack will be waiting for you - some information on the best local beaches and restaurants as well as a local bottle of wine. Guest access There is access to a fast wifi connection at the cafe on square which is open for everyone (not just customers) and is available day and night. Other things to note You will need a car to travel around the island as there are very few buses. You can walk to the beach from the house - takes around 15 minutes. The restaurant on the square has recently become very popular in peak summer and can play lively music at night especially over the weekends. Registration Details 00002729636
