Home includes pack and play for an infant and one for toddler- 3 years. Toys, water table and books. Upon request. Ping Pong table. Pool does not have a lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Due to the high humidity in Houston, leaving doors open will freeze up and damage the air conditioning system and warp the doors. Please do not sit on furniture inside house in wet swim suits. Children that are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers while in pool. No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk. No diving or jumping off sides of pool. Pool is approximately 3ft deep - 6.5 ft deep.
