Large family chalet in the heart of the Southern Alps in Vars Sainte Marie. This very warm chalet will delight your vacation. It consists of 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 toilets (one on each floor), fully equipped kitchens, large living/dining room, ski storage. It is conveniently located, 150m from the first chairlift (Pin Noir) and the first slope, and close to all amenities. The space Very large family chalet, comfortable, and fully equipped. Only sheets, pillowcases and towels are not provided. Hairdryer in each bathroom, kitchen kit, and shampoo available. Rated 3 stars in furnished tourist accommodation Not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Guest access Parking is available in front of the chalet (max 5 cars), otherwise free public parking located 80 m away is available to park the other cars for free. The chalet is managed by the VARS concierge who welcomes you and takes care of you during your stay. Other things to note Upon arrival, a security deposit of €4,000 for the chalet and a cleaning fee of €300 will be requested, and returned at the end of the stay if the cleaning has been carried out and no damage has been found. Alpe Bleue welcomes your dogs and cats. Subject to notifying us and paying an additional deposit. Without this information, we may refuse to host you with the animal upon arrival.
