The second bedroom was decorated in Scandinavian chic and trendy design with fluffy blankets and pillows. Relaxed hours are also guaranteed in the big armchair. Both bedrooms have been equipped with high-quality mattresses for the best sleeping comfort and offer enough storage space in the cabinets with pull-out compartments. Bedroom 2: 1x bed 140x200, wardrobe, dresser, 1 big armchair, bed linen. Living room: the cozy couch in the stylishly combined and sunny living room can be converted into another bed with approx. 1.50x2.00 meters with simple handles. A modern dining area and the 49-inch flat-screen TV with cable TV invite you to enjoy. In the bright and spacious bathroom you will find the bathtub with shower curtain as well as the toilet and bath and hand towels, hairdryer, illuminated cosmetic mirror and various accessories. Kitchen: the modern fitted kitchen offers an oven with integrated microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, electric stove, toaster, etc. and has been equipped with extensive cooking utensils and dishes. If complaints about the apartment are required in individual cases, the landlord must be informed immediately, i.e. on the day of arrival or on the day on which the fault occurred. Subsequent complaints can no longer be taken into account. In this case, the renter assumes liability for any errors, defects, damage, etc. The landlord is only liable for breaches of duty in the event of intent or gross negligence. The landlord, one of his agents or both, are entitled in case of danger in default or under certain circumstances to enter the apartment to determine and carry out the work necessary for security without the knowledge of the guest. The same applies after prior agreement to determine and carry out necessary repairs, maintenance, etc. The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest(s). The landlord is not liable for damaged property on luggage, cars, personal injury, etc. We ask you not to walk in the apartment with street shoes. In the case of contracts with companies, general terms and conditions of tenants are not recognized, even if these are not expressly contradicted by the landlord. Deviating or supplementary agreements always require an express, written agreement with the landlord to be effective. The acceptance of services by the contractual partner is considered recognition of the rental conditions by the landlord, waiving the terms and conditions of the tenant. Other conditions are only binding if the landlord has accepted them in writing, in addition the rental conditions of the landlord apply. When using these rental conditions vis-à-vis companies, any agreement of intent, even if tacitly declared, is sufficient for inclusion in a contract. All orders and any special assurances from the landlord require written confirmation from the landlord. The waiver of the written form can also only be made on the basis of a written agreement.
