Ideal for guests who appreciate cozy spaces but not for those needing larger areas or long showers, as shower is integrated with the floor in the room. Quality towels (500g) and bed linens provided. Note: The apartment is in a pedestrian-only zone, so the last 20 meters must be done on foot, parking in the city center is not available. The space Most people that stayed on our property described the location as perfect - very close to the city centre (3min walk to Tartini square, 1min to Riviera beach) and still a quiet street with lots of shade during the day. Hidden in the shade of the narrow streets of old town, our apartment offers a peaceful retreat from the summer crowds and heat, yet is just steps away from all the action. Guest access The studio is located on ground floor. Please keep in mind that our apartments are hard to reach by car due to the pedestrian-only zone. It is best to go the last 20 metres by foot. No parking on property. Message me if you need parking options! Other things to note Please note that check-in is possible only after you either send me a copy of your ID or Passport or send me your Name, Surname, Date of birth, Nationality, Type of ID document and number of ID document - for every guest. This is for city tax purposes. City tax has to be paid under the rules below: - the total tourist tax is 2,5 EUR per person, per night - for children under the age of 7, you do not have to pay tax - for guests between 7 and 18 years old, the tax is 50% cheaper (1,25 EUR)
