This spacious unit features polished wooden floors, 4 large bedrooms, ensuite and a open plan lounge / dining leading to the large balcony - perfect for watching the sun set! Guests who book through Yamba Holiday Homes all have access to The Beachside Leisure Centre swimming pool and tennis courts located at 1 The Boulevard Yamba. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property as pictured and described. THE Leisure Centre As our valued guest, you'll have access to not only our beautiful property but also the fantastic amenities at The Beachside Leisure Centre at The Sands Resort Yamba. Opposite Pippi Beach on the Pacific Ocean at 1 The Boulevard Yamba, it's a quick three-minute drive from your doorstep. Dive into the swimming pool to cool off, challenge your pals to a game of tennis on the courts, or fire up the barbie for a classic Aussie barbecue experience. It's all right there for you to enjoy. With these additional amenities, your stay becomes an all-encompassing Aussie adventure, combining the comforts of our property with the leisure options of The Beachside Leisure Centre. So, pack your swimmers, grab your racquet, and get ready to make the most of your Yamba getaway! Other things to note Please note that this is a non-smoking and non-vaping property, and we kindly ask guests to respect this policy. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable environment for our guests, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the quality of our accommodation. The home is managed by LJ Hooker Yamba. Security • Guests are responsible for keeping the property secure during their stay. • LJ Hooker Yamba is not liable for any damage or theft due to negligence. • We do not compensate or discount for faults or malfunctions. • We do not recover or return lost items, but we can assist with item recovery at a minimum fee of $25 for standard postage. • We accept no liability for events beyond our control; travel and personal property insurance is recommended. Keys • Guests are responsible for the keys; lost keys require a lock change, replacement of remotes (if applicable), and the cutting of four new sets of keys. • During peak times, only one set of keys is provided; contact our office for duplicates. • If no spare keys are available, tenants are liable for any costs to regain entry. Capacity & Noise • Properties have a specific guest capacity; no extra guests, mattresses, tents, caravans, or cars are allowed. • Excess noise or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated. Tradesman Callouts • Emergency tradesman callouts can be arranged by contacting our office. • If a tradesman is sent out for an unnecessary repair, the cost will be charged to you. Cleanliness & Damage: • Report any issues immediately to our office. • Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to property or common property during their stay.
