The space The 125-square-meter apartment is bright and comfortable, the furniture is new and modern, while the housing structure is historic. It consists of: entrance, open-space living area with kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 corridor, 1 hallway and a 9-meter panoramic balcony, which is certainly the highlight of the accommodation. The kitchen, living room and the "City" room are located on the side of the square. The kitchen is equipped with a 2 to 10-seater console table, large peninsula with stools, 108-liter refrigerator and 13L freezer, oven and kitchenette with 4 stoves. Dishwashers and microwaves with grill function are also available. In the living room there is a 42-inch TV and an L-shaped sofa that easily converts into a bed. The "City" room, smaller than the other, is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, desk. The 9-square-meter bathroom is located just outside the room and is equipped with a shower, bathtub, console with double sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine. Being very spacious, there is the possibility of hanging out the laundry. The "BytheRiver" room is very spacious and overlooks the balcony which, in turn, overlooks the river. It has a large window with internal and external shutters and a mini window with a comfortable Venetian blind. In this room there are two single beds and a sofa bed for one and a half. This room has a recently renovated internal mini bathroom, consisting of a spacious shower, toilet and mini sink with drawers. The balcony has a bench and tables. You can have breakfast outside.
