Room with own bath & entrance - Fair is close

The house is the penultimate in a dead end street and therefore very quiet. It touches a nice park with the "Nidda" running through. The apartment is a former swimming pool in souterrain. The room has a singlebed and another pull out bed, a TV to be self-fed via Handy/Laptop (!), WiFi, a rule for clothes, a desk and floorheating. You are absolutely separated with a private entrance and a small bathroom/toilet. To shower you can use my bathroom. The space You enter the house and go down a few steps to get there through your own entrance into the apartment. Then you go through a small corridor that leads to another, there is the small bathroom, which is only for you (sink, toilet, urinal, windows and shutters). The door to your private room also leaves the hall. There are three dressers, a desk, a single bed, from which still a second bed can be pulled. If both beds are moved, there is not much room in the room. But it is only intended for sleeping. A floor lamp and a TV are also available. You would have room for your belongings in one of the chests of drawers. There is a double window with shutters and curtains available and underfloor heating in all rooms. Your area is still separated from ours with a door. Guest access You can, since there is no shower in your bathroom, use my shower. Otherwise I would like no further use (kitchen, living room, bedroom). During your stay I am mostly at home, looking forward to friendly and quiet guests. Other things to note I do have uo to four very friendly dogs, so you should not have an allergy or be scared of dogs, even though they will not be in your area. You will find some huntingtrophies at the appartment, if that disturbs you, my home is not suitable for you. Behind the house runs a S-Bahn line , but you will not hear it in your room. It is about four minutes to walk to the the station. There are also all shops for daily needs and restaurants.
