Description
Lovely private rooms in an older Craftsman house in the middle of town. Being one block from the University, walking distance to downtown and UW's War Memorial Stadium and Arena Auditorium, this house is ideally located. Relax in the inviting bedrooms with their distinct characteristics: Serenity (tranquility and calmness inducing) or Salobreña (sojourn in a Costa Tropical village of southern Spain). The space Rooms of GRANDeur upper quarters has its own private entrance with keypad lock. You will receive a custom 4-digit code before arrival for easy access as you come and go. This unit has two bedrooms (queen bed in each), its own coffee/tea station and large sitting area with TV, and a private 3/4 bath (toilet, sink, bathtub w/handheld shower head - no standup shower). Access requires 6 steps to the small deck where door to upper unit is located. Once inside, access to upper unit requires climbing 6 stairs to a landing and then another 9 stairs to the unit door. Guest access You'll be able to access your private bedrooms, the 3/4 bathroom, and the sitting area with coffee/tea station. Guests are also welcome to spend time in the patio area where seating is available. During your stay As your host and fellow housemate, I will be readily available and eager to assist you, unless I am out for a run, a bike, a ski, a hike, a climb ---just enjoying the outdoors. Otherwise, I keep to myself to provide my guests their privacy. Other things to note As there is no private parking, city permit parking is available from 6:00AM-6:00PM, M-F. Owner will provide parking passes. Nights and weekends do not require permits. Open parking on Grand Ave every day with no permits required. My co-host is Finn, a little Bichon dog, who loves to greet my guests if given the opportunity.
