The Penthouse is a part of a gated property with off road private parking and a lovely rooftop terrace overlooking Victoria Park and the Southport coast - where you can also sit and enjoy a bottle of wine under the starlight sky. The penthouse offers a huge lounge with revealed beams and is furnished with large comfortable sofas, smart TV and dining area with views over overlooking Victoria Park and the beach. There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedrooms is extremely spacious with ample hanging and storage a well fitted out bathroom. We can provide upto 2 baby cots on request subject to availability and bedding if required.
