Sea views at Bruce's beauties St Francis Bay

It is a newly built Sardinian farmhouse style beach house hanging over one of Africa's most legendary surfing spots namely Bruce's Beautys. The spacious open plan set up allows for magnificaint views of the bay from any position in the house. The house has 5 bedrooms with 5 ensuite bathrooms and a guest washroom just off the living area. It has a huge deck and swimming pool that encourages one to be outside taking in the exqusite views. The space This home is set on the border of an indigenous community garden that allows for alot of nature and bird life. It is peaceful and tranquil with North facing views of the ocean from every room. It is spacious and open plan which allows for easy entertainment. There is a private path that leads down to the rocks and the ocean. It is a short walk to ‘Granny’s pool’ a beautiful rock pool beach with a lovely cafe, where you can enjoy a coffee and a swim. Guest access The whole house is available except for staff quarters. Big doors that encourage indoor and outdoor living that open up onto a large beautiful deck, pool and garden. The garden has a path that leads to the ocean. Fishing, snorkelling and surfing is available at your doorstep. The home has a full solar set up and borehole so you will not experience load shedding or water cuts. Other things to note The working of all appliances (gas barbeque, music system ect.) will be explained on arrival by house keeper.
