This single family house is walking distance to AT&T Stadium, and just a short trip to nearby attractions such as Six Flags, UTA, and Texas Live! The entire house (except the garage) is for guests and offers a relaxing place to stay. Permit#: 21-053599-STR The space Kitchen: - Full size, functional space. - Full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, and microwave. - Basic pots/pans as well as utensils, coffee mugs, and glasses provided. - Keurig coffee maker (no coffee pot) that takes k-pods. Dining Area with a table and 4 chairs, and the Breakfast island with 4 stools. Living Room: - One sofa that also functions as a sofa bed when you put the top down. - 55 inch 4K UHD Smart TV - Coffee table -Board Games (Jenga, Monopoly, others) - Please note, we do not have cable, but rather a smart TV to connect to your subscriptions. Guest access The garage is locked and off limits - not included in the reservation. The property has a huge backyard. I prefer that you do NOT go to the backyard. If you go to the backyard, go at your own risk. Other things to note If you have electric vehicle bring your charger and charge your vehicle for FREE! There is a EV car charging outlet ONLY - charger not provided. NEMA 14-50 outlet.
