The LaRocco on Turney features individual patios, secluded entry, and covered parking. Guest access You have access to the entire property with the exception of the other condos and their private gated area. Other things to note -Up to two friendly small to medium sized dogs allowed (no other animals). $55 (per dog) non-refundable pet fee collected when booking the reservation. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when on property. Only dogs approved before reservation will be allowed at the property. -No smoking (of any kind) in-unit or on the property. -No parties. There is plenty of free street parking available directly in front of the building on Turney Avenue.
