On the first floor there is a large living room overlooking the porch, where you can relax and eat surrounded by greenery, a fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, dishes, etc., and a double bedroom with a private bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two of which are double and one with a single bed (which can become a double), a bathroom and a walk-in closet. From the porch you can access the garden, where the swimming pool and solarium are located. The house is located in Valtereara, a small village of a few inhabitants in the municipality of Genga. To take advantage of a grocery store, pharmacy and bar you have to move to Camponocecchio about 2km away or otherwise to Fabriano where the city offers everything you need.
