Nestled in the heart of Silicon Valley, you are only minutes away from companies like Nvidia, Oracle, Intel, Apple, Google, Facebook and easily accessed from Hwy 101 or 237. Located 0.8 miles from Santa Clara’s Convention Center, Great America theme park and Levi’s Stadium - Home of the San Francisco 49ers, which hosts football games and other entertainment events like concerts. The space Food & Beverages Rivermark Village, located 1 mile away, provides a grocery store, local shops, restaurants and eateries such as Piatti Ristorante & Bar, Peet’s Coffee, Coldstone Creamery. https://www.rivermarkvillage.com The Mercado Santa Clara shopping center is located 3 miles away and includes the AMC Mercado 20 movie theater and local shops and restaurants such as Jamba Juice, Pho Hoa, World Wraps, In-N-Out Burgers, Panda Express. Parking Free street level parking as well as 6 guest parking stalls available on Esperanca Ave, Wilcox Ave and Kingsbury Circle. Climate Control The home has centralized AC and heating. Temperatures are moderately warm in Santa Clara. Guests with Allergies I have two cats (Crybaby and Mischief). They are not allowed in the guest rooms/common areas, so most spaces should be free of pet dander for guests with allergies. The outdoor patio functions as a cat sanctuary for TNR rescue cats with bowls of food, water and pet beds. Cat Sanctuary The outdoor patio or “catio” is a designated sanctuary for TNR rescue cats with bowls of food, water and pet beds. Guests are welcome to cat watch at breakfast during morning feeding times (6-8 am). Light Sleepers Please note that my home is near the SJC airport and Great America Amtrak train station. Please keep windows closed for noise insulation or request ear plugs from the host. Guest access Guests may enjoy common areas in the home such as the kitchen and living room/den.
