Discover Chantilly in a refurbished and comfortable studio on the ground floor of a small townhouse, close to the Potager des Princes. Composed of a queen-size bed, a desk area, a dining table, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, you will spend a relaxing night thanks to the studio's amenities. The entrance to the premises is autonomous thanks to a smart lock. I'll send you the codes the day before you arrive. The space The studio is in a quiet courtyard while being in the city center. ʕ ᵔᴥᵔ ʔ Parking (and car access) is not possible in the courtyard but is free on the street (Rue de la Faisanderie, Avenue du Bouteiller and Rue des Cascades; see map in the photos). ʕ ᵔᴥᵔ ʔ The kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, microwave oven grill), the bathroom has a walk-in shower. A hairdryer is available, the bed is a queen-size (160 x 200) with new Emma bedding. Linens and towels are provided as well as some toiletries. We offer a "romantic" kit with a bottle of Nicolas Feuillatte champagne and a box of Ferrero Rocher chocolate and/or a romantic decoration. The "le galop pain" bakery is a 3-minute walk and a 2nd ("la boulangerie du chateau") is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. You can stroll along the Nonette and horseback ride with the Henson Equestrian Center which is at the end of the street. The apartment is located in the city center where you can mingle with local life and enjoy homemade whipped cream at the Atelier de la Chantilly (5-minute walk). The city is easily visited on foot and if you have a little energy left, you can go into the forest for long walks to the ponds of Commelles for the bravest (1h15 on foot through the forest or 15 min by car) and enjoy a good crepe or drink at L'Étang d'Art. Golf de Chantilly is a 7-minute drive from the apartment. Beautiful Senlis and its Gothic cathedral are a 15 minute drive away, The village of Pierrefonds and its medieval castle are a 50-minute drive away on the edge of the forest of Compiègne. Asterix Park is 25 minutes away. You can get to Paris in 50 minutes (not including traffic jams). CDG Airport is 25 minutes away. Beauvais is 45 minutes away. Chantilly-Gouvieux train station is a 15-minute walk from the studio. Guest access Les Princes vegetable garden is at the end of the street (2-minute walk), the Horse Museum and the great stables are 5 minutes away, the Chateau is 500m from the apartment. Other things to note ✩✩ I take little cleaning fee but could you help me by putting all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turning it on before you leave please (the tablets are provided). Also, please do not leave wet towels on the bed but put them on the floor in the bathroom. ✦ For your information, check-in is from 4 p.m. Early check-in is possible for €10/h (subject to availability), please contact us. ✦ Check out is at 11am. Late check-out is possible for €10/hr (subject to availability), please contact us. ✩✩Here are some rules about the property: ✦ One pet is allowed for €50/stay. Please add it when selecting the number of guests. Please do not let them get on the beds or sofa or allow them to do what they would not be allowed to do in your home. ✦ For safety reasons and for the respect of everyone, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment (bedroom and stairs). In accordance with the Évin law of 2008 reinforced by Decree No.2006-1386 of November 15, 2006 setting the conditions for the application of the prohibition of smoking in the premises assigned to collective use, smoking in the studio exposes you to an additional charge of €300 taken from the deposit. Any inadvertent triggering of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be charged €300 for the cost of restoring the fire safety system. ✪✪ For your safety and the safety of neighbors: ✦ The entrance to the house is filmed, ✦ Parties are not allowed, please respect the quiet hours between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. ✦ prostitution is prohibited in this facility. If there is a suspicion of prostitution, a call to the police will be triggered immediately, ✦ even if you have verified your identity on the booking platform, we will ask for valid ID for each person staying in our house, ✪✪ CANCELLATION AND REFUND: ✦ To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking and the cancellation must take place at least 14 days before check-in. ✦ If the guest cancels between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, they will receive a payout equal to 50% of all nights booked. ✦ If they cancel after this period (between 0 and 7 days before arrival), the entire stay is due. ✦ A change of dates is possible until D + 7 maximum of the day of the request. ✦ A refund will be possible if (and only if) the canceled nights have been re-rented, and at the prices at which they were re-rented (cheaper than what you paid because the prices will be lowered to be able to re-rent them at the "last minute"). ✪✪ If you agree with all these rules, we would be happy to welcome you on the day of your arrival.
