The space The villa arranged in 2 levels: On the ground floor is the fully equipt kitchen and the dining and sitting area having access to 2 large covered verandas and to the private pool.In this level it is also a double bedroom/ensuite and a guests toilet. A lovely covered BBQ and garden with grasse found in this area. The pool area of the villa is gated for more safety of the children. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms (double and twin) both enusite.There is also a small kitchenette.The 2 bedrooms have access to a large covered veranda overlooking the Med sea in few meters away and offers fantastic sea views. The (future) golf courses in Limni, Latchi Marina with its famous fish taverns and the town Polis Chrysochous with all necessary amenities are just a few minutes driving away from the villa.
