This cottage is 4 mins drive from Bowral with delightful country views to the Wingecarribee River. It has 2 bedrooms - both Queen size beds with reverse cycle air conditioning. A functioning kitchenette as well as a breakfast table & chairs, smart TV/Nettflix in a cosy sitting room. Blue & white bathroom. Ideal for a couple or with baby or 2 couples. I get a lot of 2 + 1 guests which works equally as well. Two private outside areas to sit and enjoy the peaceful rural views is also available. Guest access There is an outside stairway to the front door with private parking in front. Other things to note The kitchenette has basic cooking facilities such as kettle, electric frypan, microwave, fridge, toaster.
