The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request. The space The Garden Room Annex has a TV, fridge, microwave, electric toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, hair drier and fan to cool the space in summer. An Airfryer is available on request. Our house is on a slope, located on the side of a valley overlooking farmland, Durweston village and the River Stour. We are along a bumpy single track which is paralell to the A350 road. Guest access Through the gate you will find 9 steps up to the sloping garden and the Garden Annex. Access is not suitable for wheel chair users, people with mobility issues, or children under 12 years. Other things to note Bed change and room cleaning is your responsibility during your stay. If you require there are extra pillows under in the under bed cupboard where you'll also find the new bedsheets and towels if you are staying for more than 5 days. The Annex cleaning materials are in the shower room. Anything else you need just ask. Sometimes we are away Friday to Sunday. However the place is self-contained and we will make sure we meet you, settle you in.
