Weekend in the countryside

Located in the green countryside of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and 3 kilometers from the historic center, "Valle Fiorita holiday home" is located halfway between the cities of Rome and Naples and not far from the wonderful beaches of Sperlonga and Sabaudia. A territory rich in history and traditions where you can rediscover the pleasure of simple but refined things, where breathtaking landscapes and the inimitable Ciociara cuisine are the protagonists. There are numerous typical restaurants nearby. The space The house is large, spacious with a private garden with tables and chairs where you can also eat outdoors and a large terrace where children can play in peace and where adults can relax by reading a good book or sunbathing. The common areas inside are also spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is large and equipped, and the living room is large and cozy. There are three bedrooms in all, two with a double bed and the third with two single beds. In each room there is a TV and air conditioning (to use the latter service, you have to pay a small extra). There are two large bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower and the second on the first floor with a shower and bathtub. The bathrooms are not in the bedrooms and their use is private, i.e. reserved for individual guests. The house has a private parking lot for free use and, for those who love cycling, there is the possibility to take advantage of the free bike sharing service. Guest access Guests, in addition to their room, of course, have access to the kitchen, the living room, the garden, the parking lot and the terrace. The house is structured so that one bedroom is on the ground floor to allow access to people with disabilities, and the kitchen, living room and one of the two bathrooms are also on the ground floor. On the first floor, which is accessed via two flights of stairs, there are two more bedrooms and another bathroom. During your stay I will be available in person with my guests, I live not far from the property and if necessary I can be with them in a few minutes, or delegate another person in my place.
