The most light filled dugout you'll ever see!! *BEST VALUE IN COOBER PEDY* Now with Twin Tub Washing machine- set up for Artist retreat, family longer stays, working holidays, work trips too. It has the most stunning machine and artistry cut carved walls, high ceilings, and Opal & Potch to be found hidden in every room. We are only 4kms from the main town strip, so we are in a very safe and secure part of town; both structural and security. It's a very special dugout, some say the best in town! The space Light filled, large and very comfortable. The temperature may be 6 days of over 45 degrees (as it is right now while I'm typing this) ... BUT INCREDIBLY the inside of the house is a pleasant 23-24 degrees!! - it's not at all stuffy, the air is fresh and stone filtered. It's just perfect temperature ALL YEAR ROUND!! - we do have an air conditioner, but it's really just so people who don't believe us feel secure. You don't really get the true Coober Pedy Underground Living experience if you don't trust me. You'll never feel a place Welcome you inside, like a dugout does on a hot day! The other great thing about this dugout is its fully enclosed, bug and fly free, outdoor entertaining and BBQ area. Our house is located right in the main route of our local Kangaroos and Emus... follow their them or their tracks up to the roof (top of the hill) for spectacular sunset (or sunrise) views. **PLENTY OF SPACE FOR MULTIPLE CARS, CARAVANS, CAMPERS, TRUCKS (etc) TO SAFELY PARK** *Occasionally some may find dugouts uncomfortable, especially the small hand cut, or busy and cramped ones, may be hard to go in... this one however has made even the worst claustrophobic at ease and safe... OUR DUGOUT IS VERY SPACIOUS - WITH PLENTY OF NATURAL LIGHT. *NOW WITH FULL SIZE TWIN TUB WASHING MACHINE* * Pets have a charge and must be completely cleaned up after- fur, saliva on windows and all number 2s... and no pets in bedrooms or on furniture. Guest access The whole house is yours. Other things to note We are super family friendly and have everything you need to just relax and let the kids (of all ages) do their thing... with you or safely away from you too. **PLENTY OF SPACE FOR MULTIPLE CARS, CARAVANS, CAMPERS, TRUCKS (etc) TO SAFELY PARK** We do allow dogs, but you'll need to let me know when you book: there are some important guidelines that will need to be agreed to. Cats -unless okay to stay in the secured outside area, are not allowed- I'm very allergic, I'm sorry. - also they are charged as humans! (or the minimum pet fee for the one pet) This dugout is uniquely situated and dug to allow phone reception from almost all parts of the house, including deep inside which is extremely rare for dugouts, but handy for busy people still needing there reception and internet... note this only applies to Telstra & Optus customers. - there is no wifi at the property. Liability Release– Guests, for themselves and their respective heirs, personal representative, successors and assigns hereby release the Owners of this property and their respective employees, sureties, insurer, attorneys, successors and assigns from all claims, demands, and/or causes of action the Guest has, or may have in the future, for any matter, cause or anything whatsoever resulting from, or in connection with, the property identified in this Rental Agreement, including without limitation any claim, demand, suit or cause of action which may be awarded. Neither the Owners of the property, are liable for any damages to Guest or Guest's property caused by acts beyond Owners' control including, but not limited to, Acts of God, military action strikes, revolution, pest invasion, inclement weather, vandalism or personal injury. If any defects or hazardous conditions are discovered on the property, Guest will notify the Owner at once. Guest acknowledges his/her awareness of the following potentially hazardous conditions on the property: (a) there are or may be steps between interior levels which may not be obvious because of the flooring materials employed; (b) tile around the pool if present, or around the any tub or shower in the bathrooms, can be slippery when wet; (c) art niches in walls can be hazardous to crawling or very young children. Guest agrees to use due care in the use of the premises, and waives any claim against Owner with respect to the condition of the premises, other than claims resulting solely from Owner's or their Employee's gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
