Our comfortable and spacious house is the perfect base from which to explore the stunning Crozon Peninsula, walk the coastal paths or just chill and relax in the garden, on the terrace or on one of the many beaches within walking distance... The space Our comfortable and spacious house is the perfect base from which to explore the stunning Crozon Peninsula, walk the coastal paths or just chill and relax in the garden, on the terrace or on one of the many beaches within walking distance... Our house has a garden, wooden terrace and parking area. When renting our house we are usually abroad, so I have a caretaker nearby in the village should any questions/problems arise. Also I'm always contactable by phone or e-mail. We are part of a very pretty hamlet 'Keric Bian', nestling by the sea, only 200 metres from the beach and the coastal path GR 34. Very much 'entre la terre et mer', we are surrounded by softly undulating pastoral land and rugged coastline. Our part of the Crozon Peninsula is often described as authentic and wild, though we are only a 5 minute drive from shops and services and the more populated beaches!. There's a good bus service to Brest and Quimper (50 minutes, 2 euros), though it only runs once a day early morning and late afternoon. Unless one is a dedicated hiker/cyclist, I would say a car is necessary. Price rates on the site are for July and August - please enquire for lower season rate outside of these dates. We rent 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other a double bed. There is the possibility to add a single bed. Other things to note No candles or smoking in the house. If smoking on the terrace, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. No pets and please do not let or encourage the neighbours cats inside the house. No parties or loud music. If dining on the terrace, please move inside by 11pm. We have good relations with our neighbours and noise travels very far in the countryside .
