In the backyard, inside the property, (behind the house, next to the entrance gate) is a parking possibility for at least 5 cars. The space 1 parental suite with 180cm bed and bathroom (Italian shower (walk in shower) bathtub, washbasin and WC) 2nd bedroom with 160cm bed and bathroom with Italian shower and 2 washbasins 3rd bedroom with 160cm bed plus a 2-people convertible sofa. Bathroom is to be shared with the 2nd room. Kitchen with worktop, American fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, induction plate, blinder, robot etc... Pantry with washing machine. Living room: Sitting area 1 3-people Sofa,1 2-people Sofa and 1 armchair. TV. Dining area Table 8 seats. TV and WiFi included in the rental. The terrace has an 8-person table with 6 chairs + 2 stools and 4 deck chairs. Rental of bed linen with beds made on arrival and toilet linen included. Cleaning Package (final cleaning + pool maintenance) 200 euros per week is mandatory.. I will be traveling during this time.
