Hi! I’m Angie! I provide long term housing for interns and traveling professionals. Check out my host reviews! This bedroom is a great deal! It’s located just steps from the shared bathroom, and a newly installed 2nd kitchen is convenient to it as well. 3 Miles to NASA or DC Metro 10-min MARC train to Union Station/DC. Close to University of Maryland, Doctor’s Hospital, PG Hospital, FEMA, FDA, & IRS FREE: WIFI, HBO, Netflix, HULU SORRY, NO SMOKERS. The space Clean, Updated, and Trendy House to Share. The comfy bedroom has a personal flat screen TV, Full-sized top quality Bed, full-sized closet with sliding mirror doors, and a personal desk/workspace. This house is for professionals, under grad, and post graduate students seeking short or long term housing accommodations. This bedroom is located on the lower level of the split foyer home. It shares the bathroom with 2 other bedrooms (they’re rarely home) and the 1-wall newly constructed kitchen (still a few more renovations needed). This kitchen is usually only used by the tenant of this bedroom (you). There is a toaster oven, microwave, full sized fridge with ice and filtered water dispenser. There are also hot plates (on a rolling kitchen island) with a full set of induction cookware so you can cook your favorite stovetop cuisines. Guest access • TV: Roku (or Fire Stick) featuring Hulu, Netflix, HBO, and Showtime! No extra fee. (personal/private TV in bedroom) • Exercise: 24 hour Gold’s Gym less than 5-minute drive. • Extra Large Sundeck with a large gas grill. • Free Parking: Right outside the house. No permit required. • KITCHEN • **There is a newly built 2nd kitchen (in progress) on the lower level. It has a countertop oven, induction hot plates (2) with induction cookware, toaster, microwave, Keurig/Coffee Maker, and full sized side by side fridge with ice and water dispenser. Access to everything you need to feel at home. Cookware, spices, ninja blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder. Personal sized French press with tea selections. •Ninja blender to make smoothies. •Rice cooker with selection of rices and pastas (also gluten-free selections) COFFEE & TEA •Keurig with coffee selections. As well as coffee grinder with organic coffee beans. •French press with different tea selections. • Sweeteners: Sugar, Stevia, coconut nectar, brown sugar, sucanat, etc. Please clean what you use. Thanks! During your stay This is a shared house with 3 full bathrooms. I am on-site often - handling updates and home renovations (some I do myself). I respect privacy. I am available for whatever the guest may need. I live 5 minutes away. :) Other things to note •FREE WIFI. Printer, Scanner, Fax available for extra fee. • EXERCISE: in addition to a 24-hr gym close by, there are nearby trails. They usually offer a free 1-week trial pass to the Gold’s Gym located 3 miles away. There is also a bigger Gold’s Gym 10 miles away. •Allergy Free Zone: Pet free and fragrance free for those who may have allergies. Laundry Detergents are provided free of charge (ALL Free & Clear) which is mild and scent-free. The shampoos and toiletries are natural scented or mild selections. Please only apply perfumes or colognes when you’re not in the house. •MATTRESS: The mattresses and pillows are super comfortable and also have mattress pads and allergen proof casings/protectors. Have a comfortable night’s rest knowing your accommodations are cleaner than other places. :) •TEMP: The house temperature is usually set to 68-70 during the winter and 72-74 during the warmer months. There is central AC and central heat throughout the house. There are also heating blankets or space heaters available for each bedroom if you are sensitive to colder weather and prefer warmer temperatures. •PETS: Sorry, absolutely no pets permitted. •CHILDREN: The house is not set up to accommodate young children. • There is not a curfew for tenants; however, please be mindful of noise levels during late evening hours. :) • Accompanied visitors are welcome to visit. Overnight visitors of guests are limited per week and are an extra fee.
