The villa extends over 250 sq.m. across three levels and offers panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, Saint John’s Beach and the lush Pelion landscape. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a cozy living space with fireplace. A marble staircase leads to the upper levels where guests will find five bedrooms, multiple living areas and balconies overlooking the sea and gardens. The top floor living room offers the most breathtaking views of the property, featuring large windows, a fireplace and an additional sleeping area. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a beautiful stone courtyard with BBQ area, wooden terrace, dining space and hammocks, creating the perfect setting to relax in nature. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire villa and its outdoor areas. Free Parking is available inside the property for guests arriving by car. Please note that the final part of the road leading to the villa is a short traditional unpaved road, which is common in the area. Most guests reach the property without difficulty, but careful driving is recommended. If preferred, guests may also park safely in the village square and reach the villa within a short distance. Other things to note The villa is located in the traditional village of Mouresi on Mount Pelion, surrounded by nature and offering beautiful views of the Aegean Sea. Private parking is available inside the property. Please note that the last part of the road leading to the villa is a short dirt road, which is common in the Pelion area. Guests comfortable with mountain driving can reach the property directly, otherwise parking is also available safely at the village square a short distance away. The swimming pool operates seasonally from June to September and may be shared depending on the occupancy of the property.
