There's no need to cook if you don't want to as there are great restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. Bathroom has shower over bath. There is an outdoor shower for cooling off when you get back from the beach. Deck is sunny and private. You can hear the waves. No tents on the lawn. Minimum night stay 4 nights during 19 Dec to 31 Jan. No garage but plenty of parking space outside house. Property is not fully fenced; and the deck has some steep stairs down from it that are unfenced/ unrailed and makes it unsuitable for under 4 years of age. There is no TV but there is free wifi There is a washing machine, clothes drier, outdoor washing line and a portable clothes rack.
