Quiet 20 m² studio in Idron (5 min from Pau)

Come and put your suitcases in Idron to enjoy a quiet and green setting, while being less than 10 minutes from Pau city center! Nearby amenities (super u 700 m with laundromat, LIDL / pharmacy / bakery 2 min drive, Auchan 5 min, etc...) From our home, you will be both an hour from the mountains and also the beach! There are also many excursions in the area (zoos, animal parks, Betharram Cave, Eagles' Dungeon, etc.). Easy road access. The space Your 20 m² studio is new and independent. It is located in Idron (7 minutes from downtown Pau), in a residential area. You will have the quietness of the countryside, while being close to all amenities! Your accommodation is attached to our house by the garage but you will be totally quiet because the family garden is located on the other side. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, stove, microwave/grill, kettle, Senseo coffee maker) and there is everything you need to cook. You have a closet with wardrobe area, desk, and TV. Hydro-alcoholic gel is at your disposal. The bathroom includes a vanity unit, shower and toilet. Shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer are available. Your bed is 140 cm and we provide linens (sheets, towels, duvet/blanket). You can also enjoy an outdoor area as you have a garden area next to your studio with a table and chairs. The apartment is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Check-in and checkout times will be agreed together depending on the day (usually after 5:15 p.m. on weekdays for check-in).
