Once reserved the host is very attentive to the guests' needs. There is Metro train station about 15 minutes drive from the property and this train takes you to DC and VA. Very convenient with inexpensive parking right across the station. The space is available for short as well as long term stay. Breaking house rules is not acceptable; when found breaking rules additional charges will apply. For example if found smoking or with use of aerosols/air fresheners (potpourri may be ok) the reservation will be terminated (due to health reasons)and the cleaning fee will be doubled for thorough cleaning for the next guest/s. Continuing to break any house rules may lead to termination of the reservation without a refund. Depending on the rule that is broken, the host reserves the right to ask for reasonable compensation through airbnb.
