Beautiful penthouse with terrace in historic downtown

My house is an attic in the historic center of Cádiz. Bright, renovated, spacious living room and a 40m2 terrace with table and sofa to have breakfast, lunch or rest at any time of the day. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (size 135), a living room with a kitchenette (with a coffee maker, microwave and ceramic hob), a TV with Chromecast, Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedroom. Very good views of the city. A few meters from Plaza de España. The space I'm not a company or a multi-owner. This is my second home that I go to frequently, so you'll see that it's decorated in a peculiar way. If you're looking for a place with life and personality, this is the place for you. There are many decorative elements and other personal things of sentimental value. Respect and care are requested. In any case, you will have enough space in the closet to put your things. You will find this space on the right door of the closet (the one with the mirror) and the first drawer of the dresser. The apartment is accessed directly through an elevator from the ground floor, without steps. 
There is a higher part where you can see 360 views of the city, but it is not recommended for people with limited mobility to go up, since it is accessed by a vertical staircase and you have to be very careful. Climb only at your own risk. Guest access There is a garbage room on the ground floor (a white door to the right of the elevator) where you will find a bin to throw away the garbage bags. The washing machine is also on the ground floor, inside the multipurpose room. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the house. No parties. Pets are not allowed. Do not use the couch as a bed. No children (a travel crib is available for babies). Check-in after 3pm. Check out until 11 am.
