Description

BORDIGHERA, province of IMPERIA-LIGURIA. The apartment is on the second floor of a condominium surrounded by greenery and a 10-minute walk from the sea. The area is residential and very quiet. The apartment has a large balcony equipped with a table and chairs for dining outside: there are large curtains for shade. There are two parking lots within walking distance, and you can easily find a place for your car. If you want, you can also have a private garage under the house. The space The apartment has always been used only by the owner and is in perfect condition and very well equipped: it has a Miele dishwasher and a modern washing machine. It doesn't have Wi-Fi. Other things to note BORDIGHERA, HOUSE RULES ENTRANCE The condominium at 9 Via Nino Lamboglia has a lock on the external gate and one on the glass door at the entrance to the condominium (to be left closed at all times). The entrance door of the house has two locks and the apartment is on the first floor: it is accommodation no. 3. Inside the door of the accommodation there is a round "latch" that must be repositioned every now and then in order to close the double-locking front door (if it is not perfectly in position, the lock from the outside does not work). You will have two complete sets of keys. HEATING AND HOT WATER For heating, each radiator has a thermo-valve that can be adjusted with a position from "0" to "5". For hot water, there is nothing to do because it is centralized. The heating stops working in April. Generally in winter the heating times are: from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. / from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. / from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. ELECTRICAL PANEL The apartment's electrical panel is located to the right of the entrance door. The general panel is located on the ground floor together with all the meters of the condominium. Next to the elevator, to your right, there is a door and immediately inside there are two rooms with all the meters. Check both. The apartment, as mentioned, is number 3 (Mellano). The key to opening this door is usually inserted in the door itself. SHUTTERS Each window has both a shutter and a grate. For the grilles, the keys are identical and you can find them around the house (single Praefer key). Although nothing has ever happened, we recommend that you always close the grilles when you are not at home). The shutters have a safety side lock at the bottom, but in summer it is not necessary to close them. WASHING MACHINE AND DISHWASHER are at your disposal. For the washing machine, first operate the safety button switch on the wall. BLANKETS + SHEETS AND TOWELS You will find the blankets and sheets + towels in the compartment under the double bed or in the bedroom closet. For single beds, you will find everything in the closet of the room itself. BEDS There are 4 beds. In an emergency, the living room sofa is a fantastic sofa bed. GARBAGE - IMPORTANT The condominium has its own space for wet and undifferentiated waste. The multi-bin is located by exiting the gate and going down the road to the left to the three external garages. To open the dumpster, take the key that is in the lobby of the house to the left of the elevator. For glass, paper, and plastic, always going down the same street, you will find the dedicated space on the right. Please carefully respect the division of garbage: if you do not respect them, I am immediately notified by the condominiums/administrator. IMPORTANT: GENERAL CLEANING Keep the apartment as clean as possible to avoid attracting ants from the garden. If you like, Francesca can be the person who keeps your apartment clean during your stay. PARKING There is a convenient one going out to the right and going up towards the Via Romana or one going down from the road on the left. NEVER PARK YOUR CAR INSIDE THE COURTYARD. IT IS ONLY ALLOWED FOR LOADING/UNLOADING I have very attentive condominiums that warn me when these rules are not respected. VACUUM CLEANERS AND BROOMS You can find them in the cabinet on the balcony on the right. There is also a vacuum cleaner in the bedroom: please keep it tidy. IRON present in the wooden closet in the hallway. OVEN There is a drawer with pans under the oven. LIGHT ON THE BALCONY There is a switch in the hallway to the right of the room with the two single beds. Be careful not to accidentally press it. TELEVISION In the bedroom and in the kitchen you will find two new TV sets. There is no wifi. CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT Please refer to FRANCESCA (to be confirmed) who will welcome you and meet you before you leave the apartment. A favor during the winter: please put all the thermo-valves back in the antifreeze position before you leave. Thank you very much.
