The accommodation has been fully renovated and is nestled in the picturesque Ferguson Valley, a beautiful pocket of Western Australia’s south west close to the Wellington Dam, Collie, Bunbury, Donnybrook and within 50 minutes of Busselton, Henty Lodge offers guests the chance to enjoy a slower pace of life in this stunning Ferguson Valley Accommodation. Being less than 2 hours’ drive from Perth and 15 minutes from the Forest Highway, Henty Lodge is ideally situated for visitors to take advantage of the region’s diverse attractions such as wineries, breweries, an art gallery and a pottery & glass studio. Gnomesville, a village of gnomes in nearby Wellington Mill, is a particularly charming place. Also nearby, just twenty minutes from Henty Lodge, is Bunbury, a port city with strong links to the history of WA. Guest access You will have your own area, your bedroom is located of the the Guest Lounge area which is totally private. If you choose to book the one room, the other one will be locked and no one else will have access. Other things to note There are two beautifully appointed rooms, both have Queen Beds and their own en-suite. The rooms are fresh and airy, with lovely scenic views. The bedrooms are private and will give you your own space. Outside, there is a BBQ along with an outside table and chairs. The accommodation includes an air-conditioning unit and a wood fire for the cooler evenings in the guest lounge area, the bedrooms have ceiling fans and a heater in the en-suites so you can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing getaway at Henty Lodge at any time of the year. A lovely breakfast is supplied in your fridge to use during your stay , this consists of a fresh fruit platter OR cooked breakfast provisions, Greek or fruit yoghurt, homemade jams, juice and milk. Also available are croissants and bread, along with a selection of cereals and muesli. Locally sourced Port, home made fudge and biscuits are also available during your stay. If you have any special dietary requirements i.e. Gluten Free please ensure we are made aware at least 2 days prior to your arrival so that we can supply Gluten Free bread and cereal. Please also advise of any allergies we need to be aware of. We supply some pantry items and all the crockery & utensils you will need to make your stay enjoyable. Guest Lounge/Dining/Kitchen Area The guest lounge is very well equipped with a lovely log fire for the cooler months and a reverse cycle ac unit for the warmer months.
