This is a beautiful Maltese home. The house has a backyard with outdoor dining space for all the guests to enjoy. Enjoy being a local in this prime location Central, with available parking spaces on the street. It is a walk up from Balluta Bay & St Julians/Sliema seafront. The house is like a mini guest house. This is a private room with a private bathroom within the home, it is on the ground floor &accessed through some stairs. The room has a window to the street. The space This spacious 40sqm space in a private shared house. First one finds a space for 2 single beds, then a living area with a sofa & TV, then another sleeping area with 2 more single beds & a working desk which leads to a private bathroom. The use of the airconditioner is included in the price. It is on the ground floor level. The room is accessed from the house's main door down through a private stairs. The entire space has one window to the street. It has a private bathroom with a large walk in shower. It is ideal for 2-4 guests. The room has a TV,AC (for cooling and heating) and WIFI, wardrobe with hanging space, a desk, a tall mirror and space for luggage storage. It is a spacious and affordable accomodation in the centre of Malta and St Julian's. Guest access We like to greet all guests and open for them on arrival to show them around the house. If we are not at the house or you have a late arrival we have a lockbox for our guests so they can come in flexibly anytime (please let us know of your arrival time upon booking). We provide a key to the house and a key to the room so that our guests can have their privacy. Guests are free to use the kitchen, living room and backyard anytime. Guests are to clean after use and ensure all gadgets are unplugged/switched off after use when using the kitchen. During your stay This house is run by our family, Carmen will make sure you have a familiar face everyday, she is the owner and she makes sure to keep the house clean and tidy. Jess is also there to answer all your questions also via whatsapp 24/7. We like to give our guests their space while on vacation so you will not see us around at the house all the time. Though we are always very reachable for any questions you might have, of we are not at the houss just leave us a message on airbnb/whatsapp/call and we reply quickly Jess can give you tips about the Maltese islands so you can have tips from locals :) Other things to note Please note that apart from total payment due there is an eco/ city tax of €1.50 pp per night up to a max. of €15 pp. Total payment is to be settled, in cash on check in. The entrance, kitchen and courtyard are shared between guests. Some rooms have a shared bathroom while others have a private bathroom. For your safety, security cameras are installed in the kitchen, living/dining area, & main entrance and first floor. We do not do laundry- if needed for long stays laundry is charged at €8 for 6kgs load and date need to be agreed before with Carmen. We have handwashing facilities in the backyard.
