My flat is just 1 block from the main street. It's a very quiet Oasis but within walking distance to Restaurants , taxis, and Wagga beach. You’ll love my place because of the courtyard, the balcony and the garden. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. My location is close to a sensational Thai restaurant, (Thaigga) a Boutique brewery (Thirsty Crow) and a great Pub, (Hampdens, In Romano's). Sadly it is not suitable for pets or mobility challenged guests. The space The apartment is a 1929 Art Deco in pretty close to original condition, so it can be dusty if the apartment has been unoccupied for a few days. The bathroom was renovated early 2023, but it is an old building with old pipes so sometimes the water may appear "rusty". Just run it through for a little while and it will come clear. It may also take a while for the hot water to run through, just give it a minute. Guest access You have the whole place to yourself with a lovely balcony and courtyard. Please note there are quite a number of steps up to the foyer, down to the courtyard and up to the flat (18 in all). There is no dedicated parking but you should have no trouble parking out the front after 4pm. Other things to note Please note, there is no Wi-Fi provided and the laundry is a free 2 machine communal laundry in a separate area from the flat. Some guests have commented that there is a humming noise audible from the bedroom. This is due to the Air-conditioning Units attached to other tenants flats. Unfortunately I have no control over the hours they are in use. There are window shutters fitted to help block out the noise. Registration Details PID-STRA-6293
