Bunnies Woodland Yurt is located by a stream, minutes from the stunning tidal River Tavy. A designated area of outstanding natural beauty with woodland walks on the doorstep and a wood burning stove to return to. Perfect for wild life lovers, paddle boarding or wild swimming at high tide. 10 minutes walk from the village pub and on the the stunning Tamar Valley train line. The historic town of Tavistock is just 7 miles away. Peace and comfort in nature with your own private garden and bathroom. The space We have just reopened after a year of studying and are excited to have our beautiful cosy self contained Mongolian Yurt back open for guests. The yurt is in a woodland setting alongside a stream. Furnished with beautiful vintage textiles, there is a comfortable king size bed and 100% cotton bedding. The yurt has its own garden, picnic bench and BBQ. Also a covered kitchenette area for cooking and eating inside. Your own shower (hot!) with flushing toilet and washing up area.. On a chilly evening you can cosy up around the wood burning stove, we sell wood by the basket. A magical location for walking, canoeing, paddle boarding or swimming (tides permitting, please check tide levels for your stays) or just relaxing! We are reachable from all destinations by train or car. Change at Plymouth for Bere Ferrers and we are a 20 minute walk down from the station past the pub the Plough Inn that is a super friendly local for drink and food. Guest access Fully self contained yurt with wood burning stove. It's own external bathroom, garden area and parking. Other things to note Tea, coffee, milk , jam , margarine and cereal are included in the price of the yurt and always available. We are sorry we love dogs but can't have them staying in the yurt.
