The property comprises of : Ground Floor: Entrance Hall with coat rack featuring period Victorian tiles and wood floors Victorian Sitting room/Parlour set with antiques. Fireplace, seating, desk and upright piano (Double Sofabed with luxury "Dorma" mattress topper and luxury bedding creates an additional bedroom) Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and large American styled extra refrigerator with integrated filtered water/ice machine Separate WC and basin (powder room) with toiletry storage Open plan, high ceiling, Kitchen / Dining Area / Sitting with all modern appliances including a 5 ring gas hob/stove, electric/fan oven, microwave and dishwasher. Dining table and chairs to seat 6. Leather reclining Sofa, Leather Chair with ottoman and TV. French door conservatory to the rear garden with seating area and table/chairs outside on patio and deck. Excellent area for entertaining. Woodstove with logs provided. First Floor: Bedroom 1 - Super king bed with En-suite bathroom with separate shower, sink and toilet. Dressing area with wardrobes Bathroom - Bath, separate shower, sink and toilet Second floor Bedroom 2 - Single bed (trundle pull out with standard mattress which creates another single bed if needed) Desk and Wardrobe Bedroom 3 - Single bed (extra standard mattress which creates another single bed if needed) Desk and wardrobe Bedroom 4 - Currently a lounge with TV, DVD and Xbox but could be presented with a small double or single bed because the sofa is actually a nice Ikea sofa bed with a separate memory foam mattress and bedding. Outside Lawned area, patio area with garden furniture, BBQ Surfboards and golf clubs​ available on request Allocated parking at the rear of the property, street parking out front Facilities: WiFi ,TV, SKY, Stereo with turntable and large collection of CDs and vinyls Dvd and Xbox with collection of DVDs Guest access There is only one room in the house and the attic blocked off from access, the rest of the house is available for guest use. Other things to note If you are interested in hiring a driver or chef for the length of your stay let us know, we may be able to arrange for that according to availability. We own 2 small dogs that live only in the main living room downstairs. They will NOT be onsite during periods of the house rental, and the room is fresh and cleaned of dog hairs, etc. You wouldn’t know dogs lived here! However we want guests to know ahead of time in case they have any significant dog allergies that would be a problem for them.
