The space The Hayloft is one of two properties created from a historic 16th century barn. The superb conversion carefully incorporates original and characterful features including handmade shutters and original oak beams. The bright and airy open plan kitchen/dining/living room is a fantastic place to relax in after a day out walking in the Lakes. The quality oak fitted kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob. The oak dining table is the ideal place to plan your day over breakfast or to enjoy a romantic evening meal. The bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom complete with walk in shower, perfect to start your day refreshed and ready. Guest access Access to the Hayloft is via a shared entrance lobby. A utility room with washing machine and dryer can be accessed from the lobby and is shared with the neighbouring guest property. There is private parking for one car in the shared courtyard. There is an electric vehicle (EV) charging point which is shared with the neighbouring guest properties. The use of the EV charger is complimentary, please advise if you wish to use it. Other things to note EV charger is shared with other guest properties and can be used free of charge for up to 3 hours per day. Not to be used for commercial vehicles due to size of parking space.
