Quercy Family House

Located in the Quercy Blanc, 5 km from Castelnau Montratier The space At the southern end of the Lot near Tarn et Garonne, this old farmhouse renovated about ten years ago, will simply and comfortably welcome you to stay pleasantly with family or friends. Isolated, 5 km from Castelnau Montratier, a lovely village with all shops and two farmers' markets per week, the house is ideal for two families. A large private swimming pool (12x4 m), equipped with an alarm, awaits you to cool off, located in the middle of a hectare and a half of land, with ping-pong, trampoline, slake-lane & swing, among others, and three terraces will invite you to summer relaxation. Its large, well-equipped kitchen will allow you to taste the richness of regional products. Upon arrival the beds are made and towels are available. Pool towels are not provided. The cleaning fee included in the rental is for linen, but the house must be returned tidy and clean, as you found it. The house includes 4 double bedrooms (140 x 190 beds), and two children's bedrooms (1 with two single beds/1 with two single beds + 2 extra mattresses), 2 bathrooms (showers) + a summer shower, a living room, a large friendly kitchen. If you come with a projector, a giant screen under an awning will allow you to do outdoor cinema for movie nights!! Guest access Entire place Other things to note No Wi-Fi, no TV.
