Podere has been skillfully renovated and converted into 9 charming rooms with an Italian countryside vibe in the main Villa unit and in two split level apartments - with 4 rooms each - in the Barn unit just in front of the Villa. The total occupancy is up to 38/40 people over 17 rooms. You’ll also have exclusive access to the outdoor areas, including the panoramic terrace, with a breathtaking view of the valley and the pool, under the refreshing shade of the olive trees. The recently refurbished chapel has been converted into a flexible space, with 2 big tables, USB plugs, projector and screen. THE MAIN VILLA The beating heart of Podere, il Casale is a 1400’s country house divided into nine elegantly refurbished rooms with private bathroom - on the ground floor you'll find the Reception and Bottega del Podere, Podere’s own shop and our farm to te table kitchen dining room. Here you can taste our refined extra-virgin olive oil and our products, a selection of local wines expertly matched with food and wine pairings and a breathtaking view of the surrounding valley. THE BARN Once the old barn, this elegant brick building now hosts Leccio and Salcio, two spacious duplex apartments, elegantly renovated with a distinctive tuscan flair, making them the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday. Located in a quiet corner of the estate in front of an ample garden. POOL & RELAX AREA The pool is nestled on a panoramic hill under the refreshing shade of olive trees, the perfect spot for outdoor activities, or just having an aperitivo at sunset. We have private areas with deck chairs and beach umbrellas, where you can relax with your favourite people. ​At Podere San Giorgio, nature meets relaxation: all over the property, you’ll find areas where you can rest on a hammock or enjoy the restoring shade of the trees. THE CHAPEL - A SMART SPACE The medieval church, which dates back to 1296 and recently renovated, has been converted into a coworking and meeting space, featuring two big tables thans can accommodate up to 16 people, 10 power and USB plugs, projector and screen. The Chapel is the ideal location to work remotely, organise meetings and workshops, arrange exhibitions and screenings.
