The second bedroom offers a King bed by default (or Twin on request), complete with ensuite. The third bedroom has Queen bed. Let us know your preferred bed configurations, and we’ll prepare the linen accordingly. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, equipped with mirrored wardrobes for storage, and have ceiling fans for added comfort. This modern home features tiled living areas and carpeted bedrooms for ultimate comfort. The living space includes ceiling fan, leather couch, armchairs, and six-seater dining table. A large HD flatscreen Smart TV offers all free-to-air digital channels, Netflix, and YouTube (for guest accounts), enhanced by a soundbar and subwoofer. The fully equipped kitchen has all necessary utensils and appliances, and includes a triple-stage water filter and Nespresso coffee machine. The laundry is fitted with a washer, dryer, iron, and tub for your convenience. The beach access area offers beach showers, free outdoor shared BBQ facilities, kids' playground, and recreational boardwalk. This boardwalk leads south to Cudgen Nature Reserve and Cabarita Beach, and north to Salt Village Markets and the vibrant beach town of Kingscliff. Perfect for walking or cycling, the flat boardwalk winds along the scenic beach reserve, stretching for many kilometers. Guest access Available as a 1, 2, or 3-bedroom villa, our base rate includes 2 guests using the master bedroom with exclusive access to the living areas. For groups larger than 2, nightly fees apply per additional guest for access to extra bedrooms, on a twin-share basis. This flexible approach ensures fair value, making our home accessible to couples, as well as families and groups. It also helps us make your stay more affordable by charging only for the rooms, linen, and cleaning you require.
