Single Room in Cheam Village

Hi, my name is Ivan and I'm living in a cosy three bedroom flat with my son in Cheam Village. The location is 5 minutes walk from the train station to Central London and there are bus stops to destinations such as Croydon, Kingston and Heathrow. There are a number of small restaurants in the village, a Sainsbury's just around the corner and a large park within a 5min walk. During your stay I like to give my guests space and privacy as I’m not home most of the time but I’m always open for questions if they have any I will always help you and guide you .
