Sunny and bright newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Bloor West Village. 3 min walk to subway. Lots of parks and restaurants in the area. 10 min walk to the mall. Several bike or car share pick up points close by. Apartment has mostly cotton bedding. Natural/Enviro friendly cleaners and detergents used. The space Newly renovated apartment in an older building. 2nd floor (no elevator). Located on a main road so you can hear street noise from the kitchen/living room. Bedroom and washroom face the back and are fairly quiet. Sofabed in living room folds down to a twin size bed. There is also a pretty good blow up queen mattress. Guest access Guests will be given the code to a lockbox located at the back of the bldg. once inside guests will have access to the whole apartment minus a couple locked cabinets.
