Nice quiet neighbourhood, close to town, attractions and amenities. The space 3 bedroom upstairs house, 1 bathroom. All bedrooms have built in cupboards, air conditioning and views of the pool area and tropical gardens. Kitchen is fully equipped with 820ltr fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop and oven. Downstairs is a large poolside entertaining area (note that this area is entirely within the pool fencing) so you can relax in or by the pool. There is a unit downstairs that I may come and go from as it stores airbnb essentials and there is a lady that resides downstairs who is not associated with the airbnb. Guest access Outdoor pool and entertainment area. Other things to note The laundry is outside, when you go down the back stairs you have to walk along the path towards the road and it is behind the black lattice work on your left. Laundry pods are located in the laundry liquid container on the shelf.
