Studio White is set at the front of a newly built architect designed residence. It is modern and spacious with a loft netted mezzanine over the living area and is accessed by Italian spiral stairs. The lower living area has a fireplace opening up onto a large deck overlooking the garden and pond. We live quietly in a very separate part of the building. It is tastefully decorated with some special touches reminding you that you are in the beautiful Blue Mountains. The space Studio White is located an easy 2 minute drive from Leura Village. Short walk to the Fairmont resort, Leura Golf Club, Sublime Point and the Grand Cliff top walk. Situated in a quiet residential street, the studio offers a north facing deck for lounging and enjoying the garden. It has a push button start/stop gas log fireplace for winter and AC for summer. All new amenities including remote controlled skylight, deck sun awning, big ass fan and benefiting from double glazing and energy efficient construction. Technology includes WiFi, TV with sound bar, Apple TV with Netflix, Stan & Disney for nights and rainy days in. Guest access Guests access Studio White via the shared driveway to 127 Craigend. On the right at the front of the house there are 4 stairs leading to a large open deck private to guests. The property is shared with the main residence that has a separate entrance requiring no interaction between the two, ensuring complete privacy. If we aren’t around to leave the keys ready for you they will be in the lock box to the side of the Studio on the wall just in the side passage to the right side as you look at the large glass sliding doors. We will give the code if needed. Other things to note 1. There is another large bedroom and ensuite that can be opened and accessed via the private space off the studio mezzanine. Please keep driveway clear at all times. 4. The sun awning is not to be used in the rain or wind. It must be retracted at night after use. 5. If there is a third person please let us know so we will leave extra blankets and pillows. The lounge bed in the loft can be made up in advance or you can use the bedding if you require a separate sleeping arrangement, just let us know in the booking messages. 6.
