All of My listings are in a brand new building. The guests will find all facilities with the room modern and clean. The house is situated in quiet residential area but available with a beautiful night view of Lotte tower. The Guests will use entire and private unit. No shared space with the host family or other guests. Subway station/Parks and resting places/shopping mall/local market are around the house in 1~10min.walking distance. The space Two single beds of clean studio, perfect for 2 people. The room size 24m2. Situated in quiet top floor (on 5th fl.) available with an elevator. 24hrs security cctv's all around on the apartment. The host lives in the same building ( in other floor ) so as to manage instantly any issue that concerns the guests. * Room facilities. -. kitchen and dinning table. -. one bathroom with bidet. -. Air-conditioner, TV, Refrigerator, wifi, Laundry machine, Cooking utensils, Microwave, Toaster, hair dryer, Bidet, towels and toiletries. -. Digital door lock. * Around the house -. Subway station (no.9 line)/bus station in 1 min. - 24hrs restaurant in 2min. - 24hrs convenience store in 2min. -. 24hrs coin laundry in 1min. - Local market for Groceries and household items in 2min. - Various restaurants and coffee shops in 5min. around the lake - General Hospital ( of top rankings in Korea ) in 5min. by taxi - Olympic park, Lotte world, Lake in 5~10min. walking distance. Guest access Guest will be informed of two entry codes to pass ( the main door at ground floor and the room door at the 5th floor. ) Private bathroom and kitchen. In case a car parking space is needed, but Please ask the host in advance. If you run out of basic amenities, you will have to pay an additional amount for additional requests. Other things to note To ensure proper health management and prevent proxy bookings, reservations may be canceled if the guest’s profile photo does not clearly identify them. ✔️ House Rules – Living & Facilities This is a non-smoking building. Smoking indoors will result in immediate eviction without refund. (Opening the window does not make it acceptable. E-cigarettes are also prohibited.) Parking is limited and not available for long-term use. If you need temporary parking, please notify the host in advance. We avoid using artificial fragrances when laundering bedding. The bed is treated with pest-prevention coating. Do not rearrange or remove bedding on your own. Any contamination, loss, or damage to bedding (cosmetics, blood stains, pen marks, food/drinks, vomiting, etc.) will result in compensation charges. Please avoid eating on the bed. If you need amenities beyond what is provided, please plan for personal purchase. Cooking foods with strong odors is not allowed. ✔️ Guest Regulations Only the guests registered at the time of booking are allowed. Unauthorized guests will result in immediate eviction. (Please note that there is CCTV in the building for security.) No pets allowed. Violation will result in eviction without notice. The accommodation cannot be used for commercial purposes. In case of emergency, please contact the host. There are many hospitals and pharmacies nearby, and if communication is difficult, the host can accompany you. ✔️ Noise Policy This is a multi-unit residential building and noise carries easily. After 9 PM, please avoid loud conversations, using the washing machine, or turning up the TV volume. Please maintain silence in the main entrance and hallways, as voices echo loudly. No parties, loud gatherings, or candle use during nighttime. Guest visits are allowed only before 10 PM. Guests with children must take extra care to prevent noise at all times. ✔️ Inside the House Please remove your shoes indoors. Indoor slippers are in the shoe cabinet. Be careful not to leave suitcase marks on the floor. Do not move the furniture. Any damage caused will be the guest’s responsibility. If anything is damaged during your stay, notify the host immediately. Turn off heating/cooling systems before going out. After using the washing machine, please leave the door open to prevent mold that could damage your laundry. There is a fire detector on the ceiling. The red indicator light may blink occasionally — this is normal. Do not touch or tamper with it for safety reasons. ⚠️ Violations of the above rules may result in eviction without refund.
