Two bedrooms, 2 baths on different levels for quiet and privacy. A peaceful art-filled retreat near nature trails, park and beach. Note: There is an additional fee for more than 2 guests. The space This unique craftsman-style house is located near the peak of Park Hill with ocean view. There is a very comfortable living space on several levels - with stairs leading to an open living area upstairs, and two bedrooms with two full baths on lower levels. (Though the stairs are not extensive, it is a consideration if there are mobility limitations.) The house is filled with custom touches, including original art from area artists. The hummingbird theme is seen throughout, including the hand-carved front door. A great place for a couple's retreat or to share with a friend. Please note that there is an additional fee for more than 2 guests and that we cannot accommodate more than 4 guests. We can’t accommodate young children or pets. Guest access Entire home, including and decks. Parking space in front of home. Garage is not accessible. Other things to note - Nature: Hummingbird House is very close to the high trail of the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, with beautiful nature paths and ocean vistas. It is located on Cambria's "Park Hill," and is on a street located above the park/beach. It is walk-able, but there is a steep climb back up. - Great wifi: Two work areas and wifi. I've had many guests work remotely from this location.
